Equis Financial is excited to announce the promotion of three agents to Regional Manager status: Michelle Williams, Randy Montrose, and Stephanie Harlan have all focused their activity and stayed the course to attain this exciting achievement.
Stephanie Harlan started her journey with Equis in December of 2018 and hit the ground running by earning the Ignite Award in her first month with the company. She continued to work hard and stay humble which helped her earn Diamond Elite Producer in 2019. It is no surprise that Stephanie has achieved Regional Manager status in August of 2020!
Randy Montrose joined Equis in November of 2017. He quickly qualified for the Ignite Award. He continued to stay hungry and qualified as a Gold Elite Producer in December of 2019. Randy’s hard work and perseverance has paid off, qualifying him as Regional Manager!
Michelle Williams started her journey with Equis in July of 2018. She quickly found success by winning the Ignite Award in her first month with Equis. In November of 2019, Michelle reached another milestone by qualifying for Silver Elite Producer. Michelle has now reached a level that few agents accomplish… Regional Manager. All this after only two years with Equis!
In order to qualify as a Regional Manager, these three agents had to have a minimum of $50,000 Issued Paid business and 10 qualified Unique Writers for two consecutive months.
